"Charles promptly called to schedule an appointment. He was able to pick up and return my blinds after they were repaired--very convenient when you have a small toddler at home. Charles' prices were extremely reasonable and he did quick work. The blinds were repaired within 24 hours! I would absolutely use The Blind Factory again."

He came out and fixed my blinds, but wasn't able to replace one part, but put it right in the mail. I haven't tried to install it yet - hopefully it'll work! Nice Job.

I broke a stem carrier on a private label (no longer manufactured) vertical blind. Charles assessed the situation and provided the most cost effective way to repair the blind. Thanks Charles for the prompt service. I have already sung his praises to my friends.

Charles offered to pick up and drop off my honeycomb shade at my place of business for $2 each trip. What a treat! I didn't have to drive in rush hour traffic ... and the blind was done the next day. Had I taken it to a blind store, I would've gone without a window treatment in my bedroom for at least a week. He even gave me some good pointers on caring for it so it'll last me years to come. Great experience, and I would highly recommend The Blind Factory to anyone needing window treatment repairs! It's a lot cheaper than completely replacing them.

Initial contact was very prompt, even though our product was beyond warranty and no longer made in the style we have, Frank was able to contact the factory and they agreed to repair it at a very reasonable price.This guy knows his stuff.

Gentlemanly service. Would have never figured how to de-install the blinds without The Blind Factory owner's help. The Blind Factory sells and repairs blinds, but I was not "forced" into buying new blinds. Repairing good blinds beats new ones any day. A definite find, in the day where things are not repaired anymore.
